Sign-up forms now use a block editor
Build multi-step sign-up forms from blocks, with your own layout and separate desktop and mobile designs.
The new editor replaces the old fixed template. Your existing pop-ups were converted to the new format automatically, so you start from what you already had, not from zero. You can now build your forms the way you want them, including forms you are moving over from another platform. Quiz answers go straight onto the shopper profile, so you can personalise campaigns with what shoppers tell you. The Insights tab shows every submission by source and channel, with a searchable list of everyone who signed up.

- Add as many steps as you need, then duplicate, rename, reorder or delete them, with every step side by side on one canvas
- Choose from four layouts (Popup, Flyout, Full page and Banner), and use the device toggle to give desktop and mobile their own design
- New forms start from your Brand Kit fonts, colours, button styles and padding, and the privacy policy and terms links fill in from your Shopify policies. You can change any of it
- Changes save as a draft automatically, and publish checks stop a broken form going live (for example, one with no email field or no SMS disclosure)
