Send subscription flows with Recharge
Connect Recharge and send emails from your shoppers' subscription events, with 6 ready-made flows.
This is Instant's first subscriptions integration. It starts flows from the subscription events Recharge already tracks. You need a paid Recharge account to create the API token. If you use Recharge, you can now move your subscription emails, such as failed payments, upcoming orders and cancellations, out of Klaviyo and into Instant, next to the rest of your flows.
- Connect Recharge and use your subscription events to start flows in Instant
- Find it under Integrations > Subscriptions > Recharge > Connect, then paste an API access token and API client secret from Recharge (Integrations > API Tokens).
- 6 ready-made flows are in the Subscriptions section on the Flows page: Subscription Started, Subscription Paused, Subscription Cancelled, Upcoming Subscription Order, Subscription Order Succeeded and Subscription Order Failed
- Click Set up, then Start from Template, and the email, subject line and preview text are already written, with the shopper's product name in them
- Every subscription event sends its own email, so shoppers always get their failed payment and upcoming order emails
