Send loyalty flows with Yotpo Loyalty
Connect Yotpo Loyalty and send loyalty emails with each shopper's real points, rewards and VIP tier.
This is Instant's first loyalty integration. Your loyalty emails can now run from Instant with each shopper's real points, rewards and tier in them, so you do not need a separate tool to send them. You can also target loyalty members directly. For example, build a segment of VIPs who are close to their next tier and send them a nudge to get there.
- Connect Yotpo Loyalty to Instant, and Instant syncs each shopper's points balance and VIP tier
- Find it under Integrations > Yotpo Loyalty > Continue to Yotpo. The Integrations page now also shows apps you can connect, not only the ones you already use
- 15 ready-made loyalty flows sit in the new Loyalty section of the Flows page, such as Welcome to Loyalty, Points Earned, Points Expiration, Reward Reminder and Loyalty Tier Upgraded. Click Set up and the flow opens with a starter email already written
- Add points, rewards and tier names to your emails from the product field picker
