Send loyalty flows with Rivo
Connect Rivo and send loyalty emails with each shopper's real points balance and VIP tier.
Rivo now works the same way as the other loyalty integrations in Instant. Your members, points and tiers come across when you connect, and stay up to date after that. If you use Rivo, you can now move your loyalty emails into Instant and send them with each shopper's real points, tiers and rewards in them.
- Connect Rivo and use Rivo events to start flows in Instant
- Find it under Integrations > Loyalty > Rivo > Connect
- When you connect, Instant imports every existing Rivo member, then keeps each shopper's points balance and VIP tier in sync as they change
- Points balance and VIP tier are in the field picker, so you can add them to your emails
- Filter shoppers and segments by loyalty data, and see the Loyalty card on each shopper profile
