Send loyalty and review flows with Okendo
Connect Okendo to send loyalty and review emails, and link review requests to Okendo's review form.
Okendo now works the same way as the other loyalty and reviews integrations in Instant. To connect it, you need the Merchant REST API from Okendo, which is on its Advanced plan and above, or available as an add-on on other plans. If you use Okendo, you can now move your review request and loyalty emails into Instant. When you do, turn off the matching emails in Okendo and Klaviyo, so each shopper gets one email for each event.
- Connect Okendo Loyalty and Okendo Reviews, and use Okendo events to start flows in Instant
- Find them under Integrations > Loyalty > Okendo Loyalty, and Integrations > Reviews > Okendo Reviews.
- When you connect Okendo Loyalty, Instant imports every existing member, then keeps each shopper's points balance and VIP tier in sync as they change
- With Okendo Reviews connected, your review request emails link to Okendo's review form for each product, with the shopper's email already filled in
