Your Discount Chemist is a local chemist, run by four brothers and operating across 13 locations, mostly in rural areas.
In 2010 the website was first built to establish not only an online presence, but to also provide great discount offers to rural communities.
After some digital success, in 2023 the team wanted an even further competitive edge, but knew their laboursome checkout process was a barrier to checkout completion, ultimately impacting revenue.

Having found Instant Checkout, the Your Discount Chemist team imagined the transition from multiple checkout pages to just one, would be arduous and take up a lot of resources internally.
In addition, a lot of their products required a prescription, which meant they needed to be able to configure down to a SKU and customise the checkout experience.
The Instant team were able to get their one-step white-labelled checkout implemented within two days, allowing the checkout to be configured down to a SKU.
