GolfBox is a family-run business that has become one of Australia’s largest online golf retailers. GolfBox’s commitment to providing the best equipment, expert advice, exceptional customer service and value for money has led to their huge success.
However, while this activity had established GolfBox’s as leader within the category, the team were finding their abandoned cart results were letting them down.
They were looking for a tech partner that could not only increase cart conversion rates, but could also support loyalty programs, gift cards and account creation.
Solution
After meeting at an event, GolfBox decided to trial Instant Checkout to see the impact on their cart conversion rates.
They opted for the Instant Checkout to be available on the mini cart and the checkout page to maximise opportunity and improve shopper experience.
Within the first 30 days, the Instant Checkout conversion rate was 40% higher than the generic, resulting in an additional $502k in revenue.
Average Order Value (AOV) was $16.50 higher on Instant, which resulted in +$75,332 extra revenue.
