Despite its established presence since 2007, CameraPro faced a challenge with high web traffic that wasn't translating into conversions, largely due to a poor checkout process for shoppers. Looking for a solution, the company discovered Instant.

Solution

CameraPro adopted Instant's Checkout solution, seamlessly integrating it with their existing Magento infrastructure. The implementation was effortless and quick, with CameraPro seeing an immediate increase in conversions, and a huge 30% increase in average order value. 

In addition, CameraPro was manually verifying large orders over the phone which was too labour intensive for the team. Instant was able to put a stop to this, by providing 3DS fraud prevention, giving CameraPro an extra layer of security and saving hours of time for their team.
